What helps us reply faster

  • Tell us which part of the app is affected: alerts, favourites, garage, reminders, notifications, or premium.
  • Include the station, postcode, or vehicle involved when relevant.
  • Tell us the approximate date and time the issue happened.
  • Attach screenshots if they show the issue clearly.
